The last episode of Monday Night Raw, the first episode of WWE held following the Survivor Series, went on stage tonight. It was an interesting show full of ideas, born under the story of the egg given by The Rock to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, back on-screen on Raw after a very long time.
In addition to this, there was a particular incident that marked this episode and that is causing a sensation in the WWE Universe: at one point in fact a fan of the company present at the stadium jumped over the barricade and attacked Seth Rollins while this was on the entrance ramp to the show.
The Messiah had just finished a part of the storyline where he literally attacked Finn Balor and tore him apart with the Cumb Storm. At one point the fan caught Rollins off guard who found himself reacting to avoid more inconvenient situations.
Vince Russo talks about Seth Rollins
During the last episode of Legion of Raw on Sportkeeda Wrestling, the former member of the creative team of the red show Vince Russo spoke thus about what happened on Raw criticizing the situation: “Guys, this is really sad, you go online and all people are talking about is the fan assault on Seth Rollins.
Three hours of show and we only talk about Rollins hit by a fan, everything else doesn’t count.” Russo then went on to reveal the reason according to him why the fan attacked the wrestler: “The point is, I don’t really know Seth Rollins is trying to be the Joker.
The attitude of him both with the clothing and with his annoying laughter, but the Joker also has another psychopathic side and if you don’t have that side you can’t be reputed that way but you just look like an idiot with a fake laugh.
I think and you see the Joker who plays Joaquin Phoenix, he embodies all the values of this historical rival character of Batman.” WWE has now issued a statement following the unfortunate fan attack on Seth Rollins on tonight’s edition of RAW.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has now posted a tweet sharing a statement that WWE made following the fan attack on Seth Rollins: “WWE issued Fightful the following statement when we asked for an update on the attack: WWE takes the safety of its performers very seriously.
The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” wrote Sapp.
