Contract Signing for the Universal Championship match! Adam Pearce, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman reach the ring. We start off well, with Lesnar immediately sitting in the chair next to the table, while the other had previously been turned away by Roman himself.
Because yes. Brock puts his big feet on the table, while Heyman passes the contract to Reigns, who nervously signs it. WWE delivered an episode of Supersized SmackDown six days before Crown Jewel. Brock Lesnar was one of the biggest superstars advertised for the night.
Becky Lynch geared up for a singles match on the show. Sasha Banks was ready to take her on in a non-title match on Supersized SmackDown.
Brock Lesnar’s mind games continue
The last few episodes of SmackDown have seen Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns engage in multiple brawls.
But their final meeting for the purpose of signing a contract ahead of their Universal Championship match was an affair as simple as one can imagine. Reigns, accompanied by Paul Heyman, walked to the ring in his usual arrogance.
Lesnar seems to be taking his time and the Universal Champion asks him what he is doing, but The Beast replies that he has already signed that contract in the morning because it was passed to him by his lawyer … PAUL HEYMAN.
While I hope for Heyman’s turn on both of them and the arrival of a completely amazing new client, this episode of the blue show ends. It so happened that on WWE SmackDown: September 17th, 2021, Reigns and Heyman were having a conversation.
During that time, Reigns asked Heyman if Lesnar would be at Extreme Rules. To that, Heyman said a no without hesitation, like he knew about Lesnar’s plans. When Reigns questioned how he knew that, Heyman was in a fix. He relied on the only answer he knew and explained that Brock Lesnar fears Roman Reigns and won’t come to Extreme Rules.
However, The Tribal Chief put Paul Heyman on notice. He told Heyman he’s paid to know everything beforehand and not predict things. It will be quite the match if Brock Lesnar does appear to help The Demon but Roman Reigns overpowers them both.
Of course, there’s a chance he doesn’t show up at the PPV at all. In that case, the WWE Universe will witness Lesnar and Reigns go at each other at Crown Jewel 2021. As of now, it’s a non-title match since the outcome of Extreme Rules is unknown.
