- On Thursday, Kiara posted an ROFL video of herself and her co-star
- The clip was recorded in a vanity van
- It shows Kiara and Varun dancing to ‘Lover’
Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan sure know how to have fun in-between shots on the sets of their work-in-progress film Jug Jugg Jeeyo. The reason we are saying this is because on Thursday, the actress posted an ROFL video of herself and her co-star that shows even the duo couldn’t help but dance to Diljit Dosanjh’s Lover like no one’s watching. The clip, recorded in a vanity van, shows Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan dancing to the peppy beats of Diljit Dosanjh’s recent track Lover. “Being adults,” Kiara hilariously captioned the clip, reacting to which celebrity stylist Eka Lakhani dropped this ROFL comment: “Hahaha night shoots ka asar!”
ICYDK, Kiara co-starred with Diljit Dosanjh in Raj Mehta’s 2019 film Good Newwz.
See Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan’s fun-filled clip here:
Jug Jugg Jeeyo also stars Neetu Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. It is Neetu Kapoor’s first film after the 2013 release Besharam, in which she co-starred with husband, late actor Rishi Kapoor, and son Ranbir Kapoor.
The filming of Jug Jugg Jeeyo started in November last month. It was put on halt for a bit after Neetu Kapoor and Varun Dhawan had contracted COVID-19.
After recovering, Varun Dhawan resumed the shoot and shared this post with Kiara Advani.
On the first day of the shoot, Neetu Kapoor posted a picture of herself getting ready for a sequence and wrote: “Back on set after so many years. To new beginnings and the magic of the movies. I feel YOUR love and presence. From mom, to Kapoor Sahab (Rishi Kapoor), to Ranbir (Kapoor) always being with me… now I find myself all by myself, feeling a little scared, but I know you are always with me.
Jug Jugg Jeeyo is directed by Raj Mehta, and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
One of the main feuds that have entertained the WWE Universe on the side of Friday Night Smackdown in recent weeks and months has been the one staged by Rated R Superstar, Edge and former WWE Champion, and WWE Messiah, Seth Rollins.
The two also had a cartel match in the last Big Four broadcast by WWE this summer, Summerslam, with the clash arriving a few weeks ago on the blue show, which apparently may not now be the last between the two. Between the two top names of Friday Night Smackdown, there could in fact be the third and final round, with the venue of this clash apparently being the 2021 Crown Jewel, the PPV that’ll be held in Saudi Arabia.
As reported by the ever-present Dave Meltzer, through the microphones of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is already organizing the third and probably last clash between its two top names of the Friday night show, with the Saudi Arabian arena that will host Crown Jewel’s next event, which would be the perfect opportunity to stage the contest.
WWE has produced two Crown Jewel pay-per-views
In his latest update, Meltzer said: “It seems that in Saudi Arabia we will have Edge and Seth, Bill Goldberg and Lashley and certainly also Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.
So, at the moment, these are the plans.” In addition to having the third clash between the WWE Hall of Famer and the former Universal Champion, we should also see the clash between the two beasts of Monday Night Raw, after what we always saw at Summerslam, with the All Mighty who also attacked Goldberg’s son, Gage and the clash that fans have been waiting for weeks, with The Beast who will go in search of his umpteenth belt, with the Tribal Chief who this time will have bread for his teeth.
We’ll see this time, Paul Heyman on who’s side, as the two have only had a face-to-face fight in Summerslam, but never a match in years. Will Smackdown’s Mad Genius keep his word to the Tribal Chief or double-cross? WWE has produced two Crown Jewel Pay-Per-Views as of this writing.
Both events aired in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first event aired on November 2nd, 2018 and featured the WWE World Cup won by Shane McMahon. It was the main evented by D-Generation-X (Triple H & Shawn Michaels against The Undertaker and Kane.
The second Crown Jewel event aired on October 31st, 2019 and featured boxing champion Tyson Fury and MMA star Cain Velasquez. It also featured a match between Team Hogan and Team Flair.
With the fall season upon us, many moviegoers will take the time to watch some iconic horror movies. And as far as modern franchises go, there are few quite as beloved as Wes Craven’s Scream. Kevin Williamson created the franchise and wrote 3 out of the four movies, recently explaining why they killed off Jamie Kennedy’s Randy back in the day.
Randy was one of the only survivors in the original Scream movie, appearing with the trio of heroes in the first sequel. But he was shockingly killed off early in Scream 2, which definitely helped to give the film stakes. Kevin Williamson recently explained why they made this narrative choice for the 1997 flick, saying:
Mission accomplished. Randy’s death early in the runtime of Scream 2 definitely threw audiences for a loop when Wes Craven’s sequel originally hit theaters. What’s more, there were even fan theories that he might have actually survived his fateful encounter with Ghostface 2.0. I guess fandom hasn’t changed that much after all.
Kevin Williamson’s comments to ComicBook come as horror fans are preparing for the upcoming release of the fifth Scream movie. His work on the slasher movies forever changed the horror genre, and countless movies have tried to nail the same mixture of comedy and terror. Part of that magic was by surprisingly killing off famous actors like Drew Barrymore, Jamie Kennedy, and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
In the end, Scream fans were treated to one more scene featuring Jamie Kennedy’s character Randy. In the third movie he delivers a message of warning to the trio of heroes from beyond the grave. Randy recorded said video before his death, allowing Kennedy to have a brief but memorable role in the Scream 3. But smart money says we shouldn’t expect him to appear in the upcoming fifth movie.
The fifth Scream movie, aptly titled Scream, is the first installment in the beloved franchise produced since the death of Wes Craven. Kevin Williamson isn’t writing this new installment, but he is involved as an executive producer. That project will arrive this coming January, so the marketing is no doubt about to kick into gear. For instance, fans can stay overnight at Stu’s house from the original movie for a limited time this October.
Scream will return to theaters on January 14th. In the meantime, check out the 2021 movie release dates to plan your next movie experience.

In the last month or so, Gary Dauberman’s upcoming big screen adaptation of Salem’s Lot has been hard at work assembling the vampire hunting team at the heart of the Stephen King story. First we learned about who will be playing Ben Mears – namely Top Gun: Maverick‘s Lewis Pullman – and since then we’ve learned that the ensemble will also include Makenzie Leigh as Susan Norton, Bill Camp as Matthew Burke, and Alfre Woodard as Dr. Cody. We’re still waiting to learn who will be playing teenage monster expert/horror enthusiast Mark Petrie, but today we have the news that an actor has been selected to play the role of Father Donald Callahan.
There was a brief time when we wondered if William Sadler would be playing Callahan in Salem’s Lot, as the actor didn’t identify his role when he revealed his involvement with the project earlier this month, but that period has come to an end. According to Deadline, that particular role has gone to recent Tony nominee John Benjamin Hickey, and it will be his first experience making a Stephen King adaptation. The actor’s previous credits include feature projects like Michael Bay’s Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen and Clint Eastwood’s Flags Of Our Fathers, but his recent Hollywood credits are mostly include small screen titles like the Marvel/Netflix series Jessica Jones and The Good Wife.
Fans have been particularly anticipating the casting of Father Callahan in the new film, as the character holds a special place in the Stephen King canon. He is not only at the heart of one of the most dramatic moments in Salem’s Lot – one that challenges his faith in the presence of evil – but he is also a figure in the epic and beloved Dark Tower series.
While this adaptation of Salem’s Lot is the first to be made for the big screen, the book has twice been adapted for television, and Father Callahan is included in both. In the 1979 version from director Tobe Hooper he is played by James Gallery, and in the 2004 remake miniseries the great James Cromwell has the part.
In addition to Lewis Pullman, Makenzie Leigh, Bill Camp, William Sadler, and Alfre Woodard, John Benjamin Hickey is joining a cast that also includes Spencer Treat Clark (as townie Mark Ryerson) and Pilou Asbæk (as the villainous Richard Straker).
Salem’s Lot is now in production, and it is set to arrive in theaters less from a year from now on September 9, 2022. The story of Lobster Girl comes out of the dark and tormented mind of artist and filmmaker Jon Morvay. You get the tingling sense that this is the same darkness that the work of Clive Barker comes from. It’s a well told tale with gripping narration and violent imagery. They match each other flawlessly.
This film brings me to think of the sadness of old school carnivals. The ones that you paid to see the wolf boy and the goat woman along with a motor vehicle line of freaks and deplorable characters. Crustacean + Stripper = Lobster Girl You can’t get any more classic carnie than that.
The narrator makes you feel like you are sitting at the Dungeon club drinking a jack-and-coke waiting for the next stripper to get on stage. You’ll find yourself horrified at the story of Lobster Girl like a car accident. You want to turn away but it’s impossible.
You are definitely left wanted to learn more about Lobster Girl and the other tales of despair weaved together by Morvay. I can certainly see the possibility of this story transformed into a live action horror movie, at least that is my hope. I would recommend you experience Lobster Girl and Other Tales but be warned, once you watch it… it can’t be unwatched.
People have been picking up on trends and trademarks in Quentin Tarantino’s movies ever since the beginning of his career. From non-linear storytelling, to trunk shots, to heaps of pop culture-infused dialogue, there are always elements in Tarantino’s work that remind audiences that he is the author. Certainly also included in this special group is his affinity for including shots of feet – but as the writer/director sees it, there isn’t anything particularly noteworthy about them, as he sees those angles as simply being part of a long cinematic tradition.
Any time a new Quentin Tarantino movie is released, there are some critics that immediately focus in on how many moments there are that capture actors below the ankle, but in a recent interview with GQ there is a suggestion from the filmmaker that it isn’t part of his style that he really thinks twice about. Asked directly about the trend of including shots of feet in his movies, Tarantino said,
The origins of this whole thing stem from 1994’s Pulp Fiction, which captures the moment where John Travolta’s Vincent Vega and Uma Thurman’s Mia Wallace meet by following the latter’s bare feet as she enters her living room. Since then it has been a repeated element featured in his movies – including Jackie Brown (which features Bridget Fonda’s Melanie Ralston flicking her toes against a glass); Inglourious Basterds (which sees Diane Kruger’s Bridget Von Hammersmark in a dark Cinderella moment with Christoph Waltz’s Hans Landa); and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood (which has Margot Robbie’s Sharon Tate resting her ankles on the seat in front of her in a movie theater).
Quentin Tarantino doesn’t attribute those moments to any kind of foot fetish, however. Instead, he views their inclusion as simply part of the cinematic language he uses to make his movies – language that he learned from watching the works of legendary filmmakers like Alfred Hitchcock and Luis Bunuel. According to him, he simply uses the shots as part of his style, and any outside reading is inconsequential.
Conversation about foot shots in Quentin Tarantino movies has only grown as he has continued to produce films and film criticism has become more pervasive in the internet era, but that hasn’t impeded his use of them in any way – as evidenced by the aforementioned 2019 hit Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. There’s every possibility that we’ll wind up seeing another notable example in the filmmaker’s next movie as well… whatever that winds up being.

On August 20, seven years after his farewell to WWE, CM Punk made his sensational return to the world of wrestling by appearing in All Elite Wrestling. During the second episode of ‘Rampage’, which took place in ‘his of him’ Chicago, the former WWE world champion wrote a beautiful promo that sent fans into raptures.
Punk challenged Darby Allin for ‘All Out’, a match that later saw him as the winner without too much difficulty. During the latest edition of ‘Smack Talk’ on Sportskeeda, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell explained how All Elite Wrestling made a mistake in deciding to give Punk the opening of ‘Rampage’
After the initial ecstasy, the audience’s energy level decreased as the show went on.
Dutch Mantell opens up on CM Punk
“I liked the attitude of CM Punk, he is happy to be able to get back into the business that made him famous all over the world” – began Dutch Mantell.
“I don’t know if it was the right choice to let him open the show, you could think of a different solution. If he had entered the scene later in the evening, he would have kept people focused for a longer period of time.
I don’t know if you realized this, but slowly the crowd started to lose intensity and the energy level dropped considerably. I don’t have the ratings to hand, maybe things went differently than I imagine,” he added.
After his first retirement from wrestling in 2014, Punk attempted a short and disastrous UFC adventure. His highly anticipated first fight took place on September 10, 2016, but he was sensationally defeated by Mickey Gall in the first round for submission.
On June 9, 2018, he also lost his second and final match to Mike Jackson in the third round by unanimous decision. The next day, Dana White announced that Brooks (his real name) would no longer be fighting in the UFC. At the 2014 Royal Rumble, CM Punk was wrestling and it looked like he might go on to win it.
Unfortunately, Kane, who had already been eliminated from the bout earlier, pulled him out to the ringside and then put him through a commentary table with a chokeslam. During the match, he even suffered a concussion after Kofi Kingston hit him with a clothesline.
After he left WWE, CM Punk worked on his MMA career. He lost his first match against Mickey Gall in 2016. His second and last MMA fight resulted in a decision loss. However, the decision was turned over as Mike Jackson tested positive for marijuana.
